I have never before had the pleasure of such a friendly and helpful vehicle dealership team. Indeed, I found Katy and Adrian to be very keen and efficient sales people, promptly negotiating each of my concerns in a fair and equitable manner. It was a pleasure to do business with them. I would also like to thank the person responsible for removing the small dent beneath the charging point of my new car, which was noted when we viewed the car. I was not expecting anything to be done about this and the invisible repair was a great delight when I collected the car. My experience at Devonshire Motors has far exceeded my experience with the local Hyundai dealership, where I have been left wondering if anyone would be able to find the time to talk to me and where I have been let down with cancelled test drives and an unwillingness to help with problems or concerns. If only more dealerships were as helpful as Devonshire Motors.

Booked my Honda CRV in for an Annual Service. Booking was easy and efficient, made very welcome on dropping the car off at reception. Telephoned when car was ready to collect. Service book stamped and full schedule of work that was completed. Vehicle valeted as well. Absolutely first class service.

I've owned two Bayons, my first was a manual gearbox which I part exchanged via Devonshire Motors for my second Bayon which has an automatic gearbox. Adrian was very patient with me and made it really easy, helped me through the difficult decision. I feel that I made the right decision having driven just over 800 miles with mpg return of 61.1 on a 200 mile run. If you're thinking of moving from an Hyundai i10 or another manufacturer you can't go wrong by choosing the Bayon. Give Adrian a call and he'll help you to make the right decision. My Hyundai Ionic indicated a fault and I read the code indicating I needed to replace the camshaft position sensor. I contacted your service department to ask the approx cost of fitting this only to be asked how I knew the fault. Confirming that I had read the code on my own device I was informed that this is not accepted and I would have to pay £120 to confirm this reading. I was appalled at this cost and asked for the parts dept. Discussing this I was told I could order the position sensor for a price of £30.46. I specifically asked if this was including VAT and this was confirmed. After a delay of 9 days I rang parts dept to be told the item is in but we cannot post until somebody goes to the post office as this would have to be signed for delivery. Knowing the item was very small I asked that this be simply posted in a local post box to save time. Finally after a period of 2 weeks since ordering the item arrived. I was then faced with the cost being £30.46 + vat plus £6.50 postage a total of £43.05.This whole episode has convinced me that I will no longer use Devonshire Motors for any further service or spares. As a point to note the difference, Bristol Street Motors sell the identical genuine Hyundai part for £24 including vat and postage and I would have received the next day.

I always feel completely comfortable going into Devonshire Motors. As a single female, it can be nerve racking knowing who you can trust to look at your car and give you an honest diagnosis. Top service. Friendly staff. Couldn’t rate them high enough!
