I attended the Salami Workshop at Rebel last weekend and had a lovely morning, the guys running the day were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their products, which made the morning very relaxed. I thoroughly enjoyed and easily recommend this workshop to anyone.

Curing Rebels (Aka Rebel)
I spent a lovely morning learning about the process of Salami making from the expert team here. We started with a sampling of some the products and a history of the company. We then moved into the making session which was pretty straightforward but fun and with a few little nuances. Getting hands on with the pork meat and ingredients. Then when we weee finished a little snack of some yummy ribs. All questions were answered and a new respect for quality charcuterie has been gained. Now I just have to wait
