Pearl Dental Surgery

I managed to get a emergency appointment after days trying lots of other Dentist's. I am extremely happy I didn't get in anywhere else. I felt at ease straight away , Dr Swapna Reddy and Eniko Kadar calmed my nerves and explained everything to me, they are super professional people, I had infection and on antibiotics for a week, and a week later returned to have the tooth extracted, really calmed me down talking and reassuring me all the time. Didn't feel a thing, and no pain afterwards. I really can't express my thanks enough. Also Kerrie on reception was lovely too

I came to Pearl via a years long process and of searching for a dentist who is able to deal with my drill / needle phobia and my less than perfect teeth.I was referred to Nas who has just completed the first piece of work, to a broken and jagged front tooth, using a drill!He and the dental nurse working alongside him, as well as the reception staff, have been understanding, confident and responsive. I almost cried when I saw my repaired front tooth.I’m so pleased I found this team in Norwich.

Eimear undertook a deep clean and polish of my teeth ably assisted by Charlotte. The process although not particularly pleasant has left me feeling clean and fresh. I would recommend their intervention if your teeth need a spring clean to bring them back to health. A well deserved 5 stars.

The service and care at this surgery are terrific - everyone who you speak to on reception, the nurses and the dentists are really helpful, kind and friendly.The clinical care I’ve received has been top notch.I’d also especially call out Eimear and Charlotte the hygienists who saw me at really short notice today because I’d messed my diary up. Great appointment and grateful patient.

I’m a very nervous of Dentists . But after seeing Dr Reddy and her nurse Eni , I wished I had always had them as my Dentist and I wouldn’t have problems I had. She is very gentle and takes time to explain things to me, and has managed to get my teeth into some sort of good repair. I love how Eni talks to me and helps me to stay calm . Thank you both. Naj and Charlotte were so great when they extracted my wisdom tooth. Very informative and reassuring which kept me at ease throughout the whole procedure. Extraction went smoothly and I'm now healing well. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Highly recommendThe dentist and assistant we saw plus all receptionist staff were very friendly,calming and did a fabulous job.I liked how you were made to be feel at ease and how every step or process were explained and discussed with you throughout .I had to take my 1year old son in his pushchair to one of my appointments and the reception staff all offered to keep an eye on him while I went in.Thank you guys .

I can't recommend this dentist enough, after not being able get the correct treatment from my own dentist and being in terrible pain from an infected molar, I phoned Pearl Dental Surgery and spoke to a lovely receptionist who managed to get me in for 11am that day. I saw Dr Reddy and Nurse Eni who made me feel at ease as I was so anxious, Dr Reddy examined my tooth and took an x-ray and explained everything to me and suggested an extraction which she said she would do in between her patients that day, I was so grateful. As I had never had an extraction I was worried and nervous but Dr Reddy and Nurse Eni where very professional and spoke to me the whole time I can't express my appreciation for this Dental Surgery and would them 10 stars if I could.

Excellent treatment and extremely satisfied with the final results of my implant and composite bonding work. Would highly recommend.
