Had worst experience at salon yesterday,They cut my daughter’s hair too short, i ask for layers cutting and end up with uneven bob cut.

I think £45 for a root touch up is expensive as it’s not a posh salon at all & it’s just Wella colour. I didn’t like my cut unfortunately so I do not recommend. Save your £ and go to one of the upmarket salons in the high street.

Very friendly and professional service . Lena did a brilliant job on my hair . My hair was pretty dull and lifeless even though I had 2 haircuts in the last 6 months . Lena did exactly what I asked for . End result was gorgeous and had lots of compliments . Hair looked so much healthier and full of life . Thank you Lena . She will be my only hairdresser from now on :)

Went there for balayage from mitraShe was very sweet but unfortunately dint know how to do balayage as she did highlights which I realized after a week when I washed my hair twiceand now as my hair are growing I can see my haircut is messed up I don’t even know what haircut is this I got all sizes of lengths at the moment on my headI asked for layers surely it’s not layers the more it grows I can see how badly this hair cut is unfortunately

Natasha always does my hair nicely, she usually just gives me a dry cut which is what I ask for and she takes her time and makes it look better. Come out of there feeling groomed. Natasha always listens to what I want. I have had cuts by others in the salon who take off more hair than I had asked, hence I always return to Natasha.

I had my balayage done a few days ago- this hair salon is brilliant. I’ve been coming here on and off for over 10 years, and each time I come back I remember why I love it so much. The team took good care of me - helped me decide on the right balayage colour and then did a great job- always checking I was comfortable with the colour and process. The price is really reasonable too, and the staff are friendly and v knowledgable. Thanks Natasha and team!
