We were with one of the big organic box schemes for years but found that they didn’t deliver in Cumbria when we moved here. Roots has filled this gap for us brilliantly: great veg delivered to your door by real people. Thanks Kyle and Summer, keep it up!

Very similar to one of your customer comments. I lived in South Wales and used one of the large organic food companies ( who were excellent I must add) however they do not deliver in Cumbria! Roots has filled the gap and provides lovely fresh veg. When there are any issue ( not often!) these are sorted efficiently!

We have been ordering fruit and vegetables from Roots Natural Food market for about 9 months now. We love their organic and fresh produce; and they have a good variety available. Customer service is fantastic! We moved to Cumbria 15 months ago and we are very happy to have found this company, because we used something similar in Essex where we lived before.

Having moved to Cumbria and having to start over with finding a new fruit and veg supplier we could not be more pleased than having found Roots. Kyle and Summer go above and beyond in their service and their produce is amazing. We have loved an autumn with far more veg and variety than normal and look forward to what the rest of the year will hold for us. They show that great produce, packaging and service and care for the environment can all be rolled into one and is worth every penny. If you are in their delivery area or spot them at a farmers market buy from them.
