Couldnt get in to my partners 2002 BMW 330i. The car battery was completely flat and the key was not working to manually unlock the car.With no idea how to get in to restart the car and whether it was a key or power issue I gave Rob a ring for some advice. Having helped me a few months back when I lost my one and only key for my focus, I hoped he'd be able to help.He advised of a common lock problem not related to the car battery issue and we arranged a convenient time for him to come and take a look. After sorting the lock issue he even attempted to re-start the car for me!Another great experience dealing with Auto Lock Services Ltd. I would highly recommend giving them a call.

Having been told by the main dealer that my wife’s car needed a replacement ignition lock and key as it had become irreparably damaged by the current key which was slightly bent. On asking how much I was told that it was going to cost in excess of £1000.Luckily a friend suggested I talk to Rob at Autolock Services.Rob listened to what I had to say and said he was confident he could fix it without the need for the expensive lock and key.Good to his word he not only fixed the lock, but saved me the need to get a replacement key by straightening the current oneMoney was a fraction of what the dealer has quoted and very fair for two hours skilled work.Can’t recommend this company enough and will certainly use them in future if the need arises.

Highly recommend Rob. I had an issue with my key where the transmitter had broken away from the actual metal key. He gave me a fair quote, was able to see me within the same day and explained to me what he would be doing.I would definitely use Rob's services again. Thanks!
