We needed a three bedroom terrace and an outhouse cleared after a bereavement and it was an intimidating prospect given all the junk that had been accumulated over the years. Sarah visited the property at short notice to give us a very reasonable quote after which the job was completed on the date agreed to a very high standard, including the removal of all doors and carpets from the property. It was arranged and completed with the minimum of fuss, which was very much appreciated given that it's difficult enough dealing with loss without having to fret about logistics. The cost was very reasonable too. Highly recommended.

Absolutely excellent service. I would highly recommend this company.We asked them to clear our parents house of 70 years of belongings as our father had passed away and our mother is now in Long Term Care.They emptied the whole house, shed and anything we didn't want in the garden.They even asked if we needed the loft checking and hoovered right through the house on completion.What impressed me was their honesty as they found a large amount of money under a bed and handed it over as well as jewellery and other amounts of cash found.I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and definitely recommend them. Excellent, efficient, no-fuss service from Sarah, Alistair and their team from first enquiry through to completion and invoicing. They respond to phone calls and emails quickly and efficiently. They arrived punctually on the day. The house was cleared quickly and left very clean and tidy. The team are friendly and very sensitive to the fact that clearing the house of a deceased person could be emotional. That approach was very much appreciated. Excellent value for money given the level of service.

Alistair and Sarah did a fantastic job for us We are very pleased, and would recommend them to anyone.Very reasonably priced. They cleared our flat the day before we left the UK, and Sarah even suggested that they would leave our mattresses for us and collect it the next day at no extra cost, to save us the cost of a hotel for the night.The job was done quickly and professionally, and they even hoovered up any remaining dust and remnants. Exceptional serviceSarah was so kind when she visited and did an assessment. I had 20 years of junk in 3 sheds, under stairs, spare room. She was completely at ease and made me feel confident. Alastair, Emily, Adam arrived and from the very first moment I knew I had hired the very best in the business. They never once hurried me. Decluttering is emotional and painful. They gave me time and space and were so careful with all my items. They did a thorough clean up as well. I am very impressed and would highly recommend their friendly, caring and immaculately professional service.

What a great company. Highly recommended. I had to clear my mum's flat as I live overseas and there were no close relatives to assist. Sarah was professional and understanding in her response to my email and happy to help me from such a distance. Within days they had assessed the flat with a very reasonable quote and had the house cleared. She sent me post clearing pictures and they had done a great job. A weight off my mind and worth every penny.

What an amazing job! From the initial phone call to Sarah, to completion of the house clearance, the service we received from Sarah, Alistair and the team was second to none. We were feeling totally overwhelmed with the amount of furniture, clothes and 'stuff' in my elderly mum and Stepdad's house that needed clearing after they passed away. Sarah put us at ease straightaway when she came to assess what needed clearing and to give us the quote, and said it was no problem and they would be able to get the house emptied. This was done exactly within the timescale agreed and the price was very fair, considering the amount of items in the house. The house was vacuumed after the clearance and was left immaculate. We highly recommend Sarah and Alistair, and will be using their services again when the time comes to clear my mother in law's house.
