From the day the caravan was delivered i have had constant problems with caravantastic.On viewing the caravan at their exeter branch it was noted that some of the windows were blown and required replacement, this was agreed at purchase but on arrival only half the windows had been replaced, the caravan had a hole through the side where it had been damaged in delivery and the boiler which was inspected to make sure it’s in working order “ was also broken and kept cutting out.The damage was repaired within a reasonable time but it took over five months of continuous phone calls and emails for the windows and boiler to be replaced.It turned out that the replacement boiler was a second hand boiler they had taken from another caravan which was also faulty!Courtney was informed of the boiler issue after their engineer had installed it but as usual nothing was being done to fix it. This however turned out to be a good thing as on inspection from a local engineer it was found to be left in a very dangerous condition with not just a leaking pressure valve but the chimney flue was loose and leaking exhaust gases into the caravan!I also explained since the boiler was replaced the water pressure had dropped significantly to the caravan

pleasure to deal with this company. would highly recommend. Breathe of fresh air in these current times. no complaints whatsoever.

I bought a static from the Highbridge site. The sale went through smoothly and the staff were very helpful. Delivery men were brilliant. After a few weeks we had a problem with the boiler. It was dealt with by a gentleman called Scott. He was excellent and the boiler was replaced immediately. The caravan is now perfect.Thank-you.

Friend brought static caravan, very helpful, offered plenty advice on moving it and how to stable it.Deliverd down some narrow lanes very successfully.

Awful service. When received, was all smash on the inside where it had not been tied down properly on the inside, causing holes in the wall and a smashed oven and fridge. Despite being in contact for EIGHT MONTHS now, the problem is still unresolved. Appalling.

Paid a deposit,on a static caravan,it was as described,deposit refunded,but took over a week for the money,to be paid back,into my account,that isn't how a refund should be do today,i'am afford,one positive comment,I will say there,accounts department,I.e Nikki was great to deal with,

Don’t be fooled by the initial good service, once all money is paid, it will be a struggle for a minimal customer service.Bought a 2nd hand static end of last year and paid £1,500 extra to have a new central heating and rads fitted.The delivery was arranged but delayed, with no communication as promised apart from me chasing them.Once delivered, a plumber was hired to commission the boiler and on his words: ‘the workmanship was shoody’There were 3 bolts, that bolts the flue to the boiler, missing.The lounge radiator was not properly secured to the wall.The compression joint on 3 new pipework were loose.On a couple of white pipes the speed fit was not tight.None of the new pipes had lagging.The flue (which was 60cm too long to go over the collar) was siliconed to the rubber joint and leaking water into the boiler as it was incorrectly fitted.And finally, as the pressure kept dropping on the boiler, another leak was found, but this time, inside the van, soaking the carpet in one of the bedrooms.The boiler came without a thermostat, and after many attempts at contacting Caravantastic, bolts were sent for the flue but we have now been waiting two weeks for a thermostat.Might as well save me the headache of keep chasing them and get one myself, because sadly they don’t care.

Purchased a second hand static from Caravantastic as a temporary home whilst doing a self build. Good quality static and very easy company to deal with.Really friendly service and a couple of snags (only found when delivered and sited) were sorted out for us at no additional cost. Very happy with everything, and Michael has been super helpful with any queries. Highly recommend this company if you are looking for a static caravan.
