Worst Council I have ever dealt with. They take weeks and weeks to deal with applications, change your website. States one month to deal with an application, six weeks and still nothing. We are all human beings, not numbers. Get a grip and start managing. Only reason you did it get a one star was due to the amazing service I have received from Susan who dealt with my complaint.

Absolutely rubbish no one responded in 15 days to my email when you log in you can do require unfortunately it's max of 500 words it's no change to write anything council don't care if need to take money from you or you have to pay something or when they mixed up something take ages to solve the worst institution in the world....

Awful they don't answer the phone, they still no working at the building. But quick enough to send letters without to check the mistakes on your account.When do they think to come back to attend face to face ??????Shocking

Informed Council tax office I was moving on 1st July on 5th May on My Account and the property now has a new owner. Now received letters threatening legal action if Ido not pay the full council tax for year. The council tax office is a shambles no one listens and phones not answered. Let’s waste tax payer’s money chasing a debt that does not exist. A complaint has been made and papers next.

It is an absolute disgrace that housing and other essential services have not reopened. Most of the staff are off due to the pandemic and it's the tax payer who will fit the bill for their laziness and extremely poor service delivery (or lack of). If restaurants, hairdressers and non essential shops can open I don't see why they cant! Housing allocations can be carried out very safely...more safely than most services but yet they have halted same. Get your act together...paying full council tax and for what? To let you lot get us further into debt cause yous cant be bothered implementing safe working strategies! There should be an investigation into this...I've demanded answers and justification from Sturgeon.

I dont know where i should start gladly our local member parliament is now aware of shambalic Council this is i have been contacting this council over months to get bill sorted firstly never got a single reply secondylly after 6 month they double the tax saying because we had an error on account we couldnt tell anything shocking i will be taking this legally nothing sent to me just doubled the tax absolute mockery

Been moved out of property for 4 months. Council tax still hasn’t been sorted and money still being taken from my account. Sat on hold for hours to be hung up on and emails not answered.

Unable to contact at all as they do not pick up the phone. It's worrying as all reviews are similar. A major error on my bill, will end up with officers and billed when I owe nothing. Disgraceful

I have been asking for a ramp for my husband who has Mnd for months. It turns out that occupational therapy can make this available. Why has this not been made available before this. I cannot fault the nhs, as the care has been first class. I do think that a lot more can be done for disabled in Scotland than there should be.

8 years of raw sewerage pumping into public garden.Human waste, condoms etc flowing all over garden and only the road in last few weeks too
