LEARN FROM EXPERIANCE, DON'T BUY FROM THIS GUY!!!!A friend purchased a caravan from Worcester Caravans. Initially he thought that they were great, told him that everything would right and if not, they would put it right. Well, you guessed it, the caravan wasn't right, when the caravan arrived, the leisure battery was missing, even though it showed in the photos and most of the poles for the awning were also missing. He talked with owner, Bill and they made an agreement that Worcester Caravans would pay half the replacement cost, £300 and deposit the money in my friends bank account. No need to tell you what happened, money never arrived, it was all BS. So much for being the honest dealer, that would put everything right. NOT TO BE TRUSTED, he will just rip you off. Find a reputable caravan dealer and buy from them!!
