Professional, clean, comfortable service delivered by Julie. She thoroughly cleaned my ear that had been blocked a while. I found the online booking service very useful. Also good value compared to others offering the same service. I highly recommend her clinic.

I made an appointment to see Julie because of really annoying itching in my ears. She examined me and although it was not due to wax, quickly gave me a diagnosis and advice. This has enabled me to deal with the condition and reassured me that nothing nasty is going on. I would definitely recommend a visit to Julie for anyone with concerns over ears.

Really impressed with the care given to my Mum today. I was so surprised at how much wax was in her ears, which was removed quickly and painlessly. Her hearing is much improved and the tv volume lowered. Thank you so much

This was a completely new experience for me in my late 60’s and I was very impressed by Julie’s warm manner and professionalism. The facilities were all that was needed in the Neetside. I had to return for a second session and was surprised to find that this follow up appointment was free of charge. Julie was also able to put me in touch with a colleague who does home visits for my housebound husband. All in all the experience and results were excellent. Highly recommended.
