Very poor service, unhelpful temporary staff on desk unable to give any information about my car.Charged £1056 to take a head gasket off , with a quote of over £8,000 to repair a component fault on a Mazda 3 with less than 50,000 miles on clock.Would not recommend.Will not return

We have had a number of Mazdas serviced and/or MOT'd at Magna over the last 10 years so I was delighted when they became Honda agents just as I bought my CRV earlier this year. When the time came for the Honda to be tested there was no question that it would be done there. The fact that it passed with no advisories was a bonus. The car was serviced by the non-franchised dealer I bought it from in February so I will take it to Magna next year and make sure that everything is up to date going forward.

Good dealership. Staff are really helpful and they charge reasonable prices. Also a Honda dealership. I've bought three cars from them so far. The sales team are great and don't make you feel like you're being worked as so many do. They just answer your questions and let you look at the options. Overall 5 stars and highly recommended.
