What a fantastic experience dealing with Chris Booth and the PURfect Binding Company. He answered my initial email within an incredibly short time of my sending it and was available by phone first thing the next day. When I visited the office he spent time explaining the options and how my portfolio would look. I cannot thank him enough - he was amazing!!

Beautiful bound copies of a family memoir. Tailored options to meet my needs. Not the quickest or the cheapest, but quality product and lovely customer service. Nice people to do business with. Recommended!

Chris is great and found what he repaired for me...fantastic. Highly recommended! He fixed my book, meaning I am able to do my exam without the worry of it falling to pieces.

The PURfect binding company are both professional and personal to deal with. From start to finish I can only but comment that their service levels are exemplary. I had a very specific and bespoke project for them to look at for me and nothing was ever too much trouble. I personally dealt with Chris who 'held my hand' every step to make sure that the end product was exactly as I had imagined. It was so good, that I used them again the following year (diary product) and I will be most definitely using them again this year.

Having read the great reviews I decided to contact the PBC and ask for advice on a task I had been set. I went to see Chris to discuss options and he showed me how the finished item would look. He managed to bind the book despite being busy in the festive period as he knew it was time sensitive and important to me; even had it delivered to the office. Fantastic service from beginning to end. For my stepdad 60th birthday, I arranged with Chris for his late fathers memoirs that he had written to be bound. I did not have a digital copy it was only typed up and this was no problem at all. This book was turned round in 3 weeks in time for my stepdad's birthday. He was so shocked, happy and emotional with the gift and said it was the best gift he had ever received. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

I got a book made as an anniversary present. Chris was brilliantly helpful in selecting the materials and sizing. He also managed to get it back to me with super short notice.The book was of top quality and I couldn’t recommend Chris and PBC more highly.Thanks Chris, my wife was delighted!
