I just went today to copy blade of car key and he qoute for £30 and asked me to come after an hour.When I came back he charged me £35,when I asked him what is £35 and we agreed at £30,he told me that is the price if you don’t like give my the blade ti take it off and refund you so he took it off and refund me the money with very rude behaviour.Never go there againNot recommended

Such a shame. Always had good experiences with other Timpsons but on this occasion, after being quoted an extortionate price, the guy behind the counter (Alex), refused to even make eye contact and was more interested in his mobile. Had he not been so rude I would have still considered going ahead. Reading the other reviews suggests this behaviour is consistent. Poor customer service

Lovely customer service. They made a mistake on the engraving and are now offering to replace the part. Most places would have tried to be difficult about it, but these guys were so amazing. Very professional.

Use timpsons regular but first time using this specific one. I was scammed on my visit. I have bought the same shoe polish at a cost of £3.50 (also states online), on this occasion I was charged £4.99?Don't purchase from this one!

Usually a fan of Timpson’s - really like the CEO and the values of the company. But very disappointed with my visit to the Harrow store on this occasion. Walked in and was behind another customer. The chap behind the counter was fixing a watch and knew I was waiting - but not a word to me, no update, nothing to tell me how long the wait would be. It was like I wasn’t there at all. Very poor customer service. Eventually walked out after waiting for ten mins without anyone speaking to me. Would give the store one star but have given two because of the CEO and ethical way the company is run

Alex is fantastic! He is polite, friendly and knows what he is doing. This is our go to Timpson's for battery changes on our watches, holes in belts, and shoes. A place you can trust, took my boots in before Xmas, couldn't get back in there until over a month but they were all done, ready waiting for me safely.

Had 2 keys cut for £9. Neither worked. Returned both back. Now 1 works, but bit stiff. Returned faulty one back. Still doesn't work. got to return again. Keys take 2 mins to cut/correct. 0-2 people usually in queue, once had to wait 15 mins. Went back months later, this time keys well, but couldn't copy my newer keys, took it to shop round the corner who did it.
