We had a wonderful customer experience with Mark and Denise! We went in store to look for a new mattress and came out very satisfied. They were available when we needed advice but were not hovering. Once we chose our mattress both were friendly and caring and a delivery date was arranged very quickly. On the day of delivery they arrived exactly on time and made sure the bed was successfully placed where required. They also left us a lovely house warming card. The mattress is very comfortable. Overall a fantastic customer service and we would recommend to all our friends and family. Thank you Mark and Denise!!

An absolutely amazing service. Both Denise and Mark went above and beyond to ensure that my bed and mattress were delivered and assembled on the day of my move. I cannot recommend them enough. The 10% NHS discount was a lovely surprise too. Both bed and mattress are very comfortable and I loved the card that they sent me for my new home, such a personal touch and it had made a big difference.
