Excellent service, the first time we needed to use YOM, Phil solved the problem over the phone, this time we needed a visit to fix our old Xerox.Quick, efficient and friendly. It was simple fault to overcome but no doubt a dealership would have told us it wasn't worth reapiring spares are impossible to get. No they aren't, we use the internet and great people like Phil help us save money

Phil Turner is an absolute star! One of our main printers has had a range of issues over it's 2 year use and each time, I've resorted to going to Kyocera for a hefty and long drawn out repair. I decided this time, I wanted to see if there was a local company who could help us. Phil replied to my initial enquiry the same day and was out the next day for an assessment. The printer was repaired within a few days, due to a part requiring ordering, and now the printer is back working again.I would highly recommend Yorkshire Office Machines as they charge a fair price and the level of professionalism and care was exceptional. Phil also kept communicating with me about when the part could be due or the next steps of the process rather than leaving me in the darkall around, fabulous service!

I called Phil after my OKI printer stopped printing and began making an alarming noise. Within an hour he was at my office in Holmfirth, half an hour later my printer was working again.He was very professional and I have had no further issues with the printer. I will definitely call again in the future.

My Canon MG7150 printer stopped printing and just sent out blank pages. I was desperate to get the printer working again, as I print onto discs it wasn't just a case of getting a new one.I got in touch with Phil, he told me drop it off that day which I did, the following day Phil rang me and told me what the problem was.Phil replaced the print head, my printer although 8years old is now working like new.If you have a problem with your printer, don't bother going anywhere else, Phil is the man.Yorkshire Office Machines provide excellent service at an affordable price.Well done, and thank you so much for your help.

What can I say I thought my printer was dead, how wrong could I have been, handed it over to Phil expecting the worse but it came back like new, can't recommend the service enough.
