Henry is spot on, really helpful, friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. I only had a small sensor issue but it was dealt with quickly and cost effectively. Nothing was too much trouble, so couldn’t recommend more highly!!!

Visited Henry yesterday to have MTEC discs and pads fitted to my SQ5. Not put off at all by having to put a bit of extra work in to sort a dragging calliper, and very pleased with the results. Both my Audis will be going there in future. Extremely convenient, and reassuring that he is Audi trained, and an MOT tester.

I had a warning light come on in my car for the coolant. Both the AA and A&S garage in Ixworth stated that it was the headgasket that had broken and quoted me close to £2000 for repairs. I was recommended Henry and took my car there for another look at it and it was in fact a cracked pipe connecting to the coolant causing the light to come on. This not only saved me money but was the correct resolution as I would have still had the same problem if the headgasket was 'fixed'. Henry's communication was great and he was very helpful throughout. Would recommended highly

We took our car to Henry as it was making a strange sound.Henry popped it on the ramp and suspected the issue was the fly wheel. It was.From start to finish Henry was very polite, professional, but friendly. He explained everything clearly, gave us a quote and booked the car in.Whilst he was sorting the fly wheel he suggested we change the clutch at the same time , but there was no pressure to do so but it made sense.Very pleased with his service from start to finish and happy to highly recommend him for Audi, VW, Skoda, Seat, Five Gold ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for service, professional attitude, value and work done. Highly recommend.
