Very dissapointed! I had rented my property out via Taylors luton and spoke with them several times. No property visits over the tenancy and they authorised repairs on a few occasions even though I had evidence they were not required. I only ever got we are looking into it and will get back to you"

Trust me you would rather stay homeless then rent from them , they will throw every excuse in the book to fleece you . You can also kiss your deposit goodbye cause you ain't ever seeing it again.

Lucinda and her team are really fantastic, in everything from showing the properties and the prompt and swift reply to any questions asked. I felt that Taylors and especially Lucinda went above and beyond. Will certainly recommend them to all my friends be they future Landlords or Tenants

I wrote a review a while back but it seems like it has not been posted.I gave the management of my property to Taylors in Luton and I have never come across such unprofessional and incompetent agency or company ever before. It is the worst of the worst agency/ company I have ever come across. They never reply on time, some employees do not reply at all! Never pick up the phone calls and some employees are extremely rude! Never get any work done on time! I literally have to chase for everything hundreds of time from getting the rent, doing any safety checks, chasing the tenant, arranging appointment, etc. They charge me for the service every month and provide no service at all. Seriously have never seen such incompetence from anyone I have even worked with before.The amount of stress and frustration I have had since I started working with Taylors is really not worth it! Seriously hope no one has to go through this.I asked a lady to provide me with an email or contact details to provide feedback about the service but she refused saying she in not in the position to give out any contact details.Do not ever work with Taylors!!

I am very happy with the service that I received. The team was very understanding of what I was looking for as a customer and I managed to buy the best flat that I could hope for. The Mortgage advisor Imran Yasir was very very helpful and brilliant at what he done. He gave me regular updates with regards to my mortgage and ensured that I had everything that I needed to get it approved. He is someone I would go to even outside of Taylors and would strongly recommend him. I have a life long mortgage advisor now who is honest, helpful, kind and I know would guide me in the future when I buy again

Avoid if you are a tenant. This agency withheld my deposit for no reason for almost 6 months even though I had left in the property in excellent condition enough for a new tenant to move in straight away. Thankfully, I was able to solve this dispute through the deposit protection agency where I only lost £15. The staff are thoroughly unprofessional during the tenancy as well as after it had ended. Trying to get basic domestic repairs was a pain which required constant calling to a lettings/maintenance manager Veronica who isn't even based in Luton and was hardly available on the phone.After the tenancy had ended, they didn't bother sending me an invoice after three months of vacating the property thus I raised a dispute. The manager Kate Gruscezka kept passing the buck and Olivia Campbell didn't bother replying back to me.My advice for would be tenants proceed at your own risk, these guys will test your patience and will take the mick if you are a good tenant. For those who currently renting and will be moving out, make sure you take photographic evidence of everything and get it signed and dated by a witness. Thus if you vacate and get screwed over by this organisation at least you have evidence to base your case upon when you raise a dispute.

If it was not for Amy Dyke, I may have chosen another property for tenancy. She took ownership of the initial hiccups and problems and helped me and my partner move into the apartment smoothly. She has been in constant touch post our movement to ensure there aren't any roadblocks. Thank you Amy for being our Lettings agent and helping us through and through.

I am a landlord for a property in Luton. However I live in Sydney, Australia. For that reason I rely on the property manager to provide a good service as I'm unable to check on the property.A recent tenant decided to move out of the property. After contacting the tenant, they informed me they had repeatedly reported maintenance issues with the property. I was told that Taylors persistently failed to respond to maintenance problems. As the landlord, I was never made aware of these problems either.After the tenant vacated the property, I discovered that the boiler had completely broken down, the tenant had been living in the property without any hot water.I called the lettings manager to speak about these issues. She apologised, and reassured me that no such problems would happen again. She scheduled a visit to the vacant property for the following day to assess it's condition. And then would report back to me what remedial work was needed to get the property back on the market. Two weeks have passed and I still haven't heard back from the lettings manager. The property has been vacant for over 1 month now. Needless to say, I have gone to another management company (Connells) who thus far have impressed me with their professional service.If you are a landlord and considering Taylors to manage you property, I would highly suggest that you look else where. It could result in being an expensive decision, as it has proved for me.

From the start I found Taylors to be very helpful they found us a rental property very quickly and all the paperwork was done and we were in so promptly.In particular Dearna and Michael were brilliant this is our first rental property through Taylors having been with another agent for many years. I would recommend them highly and are really happy in our home. Thank you guys so much.

As a landlord I was very cautious and nervous about renting my home out, chose Taylors at random (nearest to me) however what a great choice, my initial contact was with James their Lettings manager who surveyed my property, who then handed it over to the lettings team of Mihaela and Lydia at Luton, and I can say without doubt though there is always the inevitable stress and hiccups involved with this process, these two ladies were superb !! professional friendly, upbeat and positive even when I wasn't ! always available with calm friendly advice the end result being they found me a lovely couple who are now in my property , thank you all at Taylors Lettings especially Mihaela and Lydia and I would definitely recommend them without hesitation to anyone landlord or tenant.
