Their customer service could not be better. We were considering changing our car for a campervan to tow our caravan with. John and Emma invesigated all the options and found the key information we needed to help identify the models which would work for us. There was no pressure and even when we decided that we weren't going to go ahead (too many compromises for us right now) they were still friendly and helpful. When the time is right we will definitely go back to Abacus.

Customer service reaches a different level when dealing with Abacus….. Our recent dealings with Stewart & his team whilst hiring our first motorhome was simply first class. I wanted to take my wife to Scotland to celebrate her 60th birthday & from the moment we approached Stewart we felt we were in the hands of a truly professional organisation…… I would recommend anyone to contact Abacus & their team for any vehicle requirements…. They are simply the best!!

We purchased a new Adria Twin motorhome from Abacus and the experience was excellent. From the first meeting John Lailey was friendly and helpful, never pushy and always happy to give advice and guidance at the ordering stage. We knew we would have a longish wait for a new van but we were kept informed along the way resulting in a very smooth process and easy handover. Emma Lailey is the sales administrator and was extremely efficient, proactive and helpful. The handover was by Jon Knights and again this was just right - all our questions answered and all the key elements explained clearly. In my view the sales team of John, Emma & Jon deliver a first class customer experience.

Hands down, the best hire company I have every spoken with, Jaye went above and beyond to help me arrange the vehicle most suited for us, was a joy to speak with and a credit to the company. We had an issue with a hired motorhome that was sorted the next day. All in all a very positive experience.Of real note was that the vehicle was well over 2 years old but it was in great condition and as clean as a whistle!

Amazed at the huge selection and variety of motorhomes here, both to rent and to sell. John and Greg were fab at answering ques as I am quite technical.Can't wait to collect my MH on Friday in time for Xmas!

Visited Abacus looking to buy our first motorhome. Greg was really helpful and considerate, particularly as this was our first time buying a motorhome. He and his colleagues provided a comprehensive experience and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Spent two weeks in Scotland in the Bailey Autograph 69-2 and it was fantastic. The Abacus team were super helpful and booking through to vehicle return was smooth and efficient. The team were also very quick to respond and help solve a small issue with the motorhome while we were away. We’ll be back!

Their customer service is excellent and their willingness to answer any question is exemplary. The day we visited their showroom to look at a Swift Monza was a rainy one, so they parked the demo models undercover in the workshop so we could view them in the dry. That's customer service.
