Totally recommend Sam. Professional, polite and knows his stuff!Car wouldn’t start and was blocking another vehicle. Thought I may have to have it towed. Sam identified the issue, got the car started and gave us useful tips on where to get a new battery. He took away a lot of stress and anxiety associated with a breakdown. I don't often write reviews, but I always read them, which is how I ended up employing London Auto Towing & Car Recovery Service services.Sam was a consummate professional, he answered my query quickly on the phone, was able to quote me on the spot and communicated clearly ahead of coming to pick up my car.He was on time, and did a great job, given the current situation it was good to see Sam using anti-bac wipes to ensure it was safe for him and then me to use the car.I think it says a lot that his flatbed truck is clean and in very good condition, as was the winch he used - despite him telling me his truck was dirty as the car washes had been closed!Overall, Sam's service was fantastic, I would not hesitate to recommend him, and if I need a similar service in the future, there is no doubt I'll use his services again.He even backed my car all the way into Walton Audi's service garage - they can't tell me it's not in their garage now!!
