Took the IOSH Managing Safety course. Brilliant instructor making the 3 day course very enjoyable. Would highly recomend the Grow Training team for your training needs.

Excellent 10 out of 10. In fact to go Spinal Tap 11 out of 10 cos that's one louder. Best course I have been on by a long shot. Great presenter, good laughs and banter, very informative, different methods of learning. Everyone was engaged. Time will tell but I feel like I have retained a lot.

I recently attended an IOSH Managing Safely Course through Grow Training hosted by FST. It was fantastic! Mark our trainer was amazing and made the course enjoyable and NOT death by PowerPoint as a lot of courses are. If anyone is hesitating if they need a course like this then I can resoundingly say this is a necessity for any organisation.

Took part in the IOSH Leading Safely 1 day management course. Wasn’t sure what to expect thought it could be a hard listening session but was so wrong. The session got off to a great start Mark had everyone engaged within the first 10 mins. Session was very interactive and Mark had done his homework on our industry and made the learning relevant. I’d definitely recommend Mark.

Very enjoyable course at just the right pace. For someone who does not like courses I really enjoyed this one and found it very informative and interesting throughout. Was kept going with addition of good humour and fun during the sessions. Found the whole 3 days such a real value and something I can use with confidence and took so much from it

In my role of Sales Director within the materials handling sector (forklift trucks and handling equipment), I've recently attended a 1 day 'IOSH leading safely' training course which was delivered by Mark Pauley. The course content was very informative and thought provoking. Mark's style of delivering this training was both engaging and interactive and he has a real talent for promoting conversation and developing ideas for the betterment of our business. I would highly recommend this training course to any business or individual looking to further improve their knowledge and awareness of safety in the work place.

Best training hands down.Engaging and thought provoking training that is far from a box ticking exercise. I understand much better the role I can play in H&S within my company and the improvements that may be possible to make together. Important information is interspersed with short (relevent) stories and there were many opportunities for laughs making the whole experience enjoyable, rounded, educational and fun. I would recommend this course through this company without hesitation.
