Lovely, easy experience. Gareth was very polite and professional and even brought my car back squeaky clean! Definitely recommend, brilliant service. I won’t be taking my Land Rover anywhere else in the future!

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough... professional, courteous and fair. We had an issue with a defective steering rack part that had been replaced and when the main dealer shirked responsibility for it, Four Counties came to the rescue - picked the car up, took care of getting the refund for the defective part and returned the car to us in record time. We have a 7yr old Disco 4 and will never go anywhere else again for servicing and repairs.

I was recommended to Four Counties 4 x 4 by a friend. They did a B service, mended a steering fault, supplied a new programmed key and new wiper blades. The price was around 40% lower than the local Land Rover dealer. Nice people who care. I recommend you talk to them if you care about your Landie.

Mark & team were great, really helpful and advised on work he thought worth doing now versus leaving for another time.

THE BEST GARAGE EXPERIENCE IV'E EVER HAD!I cant recommend Four Counties 4x4 enough! If there was an option to rate their service 10 stars I would.I sent my Range Rover Evoque 2014 in for a 360 camera fault. Long story short stung by the dealer and pervious garage took me for a ride in finding the fault.So I contacted Four Counties 4x4 and Lewis got me booked in. On arriving I was greeted well and advised they will provide updates regularly.Diagnostics where carried out within a few hours of dropping the car off Lewis called to advised they have found the fault. (Faulty camera module.)Lewis was already aware of the Autoguard warranty I had taken out and immediately contacted Autoguard to request the a claim.I then received and email from Lewis advising the claim had been completed and replacement part ordered.The next day Lewis called to advise due to a system error at Land Rover the part is being delayed an extra day. (No fault of Four Counties 4x4)The third day (technically 2nd day due to Land Rover supplier delay)Lewis emailed to advised the part had arrived. Early afternoon Lewis advised camera module is working and temporary fix in place until the rear camera is ordered and warranty claim completed.Arrived to collect the car (the car was waiting and it had been WASHED TO! ) I spoke to Mark the owner, who talked me over what had been done and what still needs to be completed/replaced.Overall excellent service from Mark and Lewis, If you have a Land Rover and you live in Newbury and the surrounding arear just go to Four Counties 4x4!

Excellent Landrover specialist - would recommend if you have a Landrover Discovery! They are honest in their work and their experience shows. Kindly dropped me off to a cafe whilst I was waiting for my car.

My wife's evoque went here to have a steering rack replaced and a major service, Mark the owner went above and beyond on rectifying the issues with the car. Great service, professional company and the bill wasn't half bad either. Thanks, now I can stop being her chauffeur will definitely be taking the car here again
