The best hair salon I have been to ever. Beautiful surroundings and pleasant staff. Appointments run on time with an abundance of refreshments of your choice offered during your time there. This place runs like clockwork and it shows, compliments to the owner Jacqui who is also so lovely and skilled at doing hair. I felt amazing when I left. Can't wait to return thanks guys.

Went in for lumiere facial with Loveleen and Emma and what can I say as always outstanding and exceptional service. I went in with my skin looking dull and acne scars and came out with glowing bright skin with my acne scars looking lighter. The whole treatment was so relaxing that I fell asleep and felt so light. The salon staff are all so friendly and as soon as you enter you’ll be asked for refreshments. I honestly recommend this salon to everyone in the West Midlands. Can’t express in words how happy I’ve been off every service from them and Loveleen. Thank you.

I went to this hairdressers for the first time and had the best experience. Ellie did my hair and did an amazing job, we had a discussion before hand and Ellie knew exactly what I wanted and I left with a balayage better than what I imagined. All the staff were lovely and very professional, I will definitely be returning to this hairdressers and would recommend to anyone.
