Aim Assessments

From the first call weeks before I felt I needed to call this organisation. My first call was an enquiry and I felt welcome and at ease. Talking about what I should do and that my details would be kept on file for when I recieved my DSA reference number.When I called back it was a relaxed conversation and at no time did I feel pressured. I suffer from anxiety and this did not surface.My assessment was booked and very quickly I might add. I then went through the assessment and once again felt calm and relaxed with the questioning.When I did falter a calming voice helped me regain my posture. After all was agreed I recieved emails and advice for the next steps.I cannot falter this organisation and its employees. They are kind, caring and very professional.If yiu find yourself floundering and need to be helped and guided use this kind and considerate organisation.Brilliant and beautiful.

Nicola was very friendly and went through the whole process with me. She spent a lot of her time explaining about things which I was new to. She explained in detail what help would be available for me during my time studying in university, making me feel supported and acknowledged. It was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend Aim to other students out there as they try their very best to support us.

I found out that through my university I can apply to get disability, I was late and informed the team who was very accepting, then when i arrived I was nervous but the staff were extremely reassuring and helpful, I did not expect as much support as I am now going to be given.I would definitely recommend going to talk to the people here as they are very nice and supportive!

Rang Aims for a DSA Assessment and received an appointment day after. Quick response and really friendly staff. The assessment itself was really easy and Louise was very friendly explaining everything and offering support. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend to others.

The woman i spoke to was really kind, her tone never sounded annoyed or anything no matter how many times i asked her to repeat things, she offered lots of solutions & explained them really well, glad i chose this assessment centre!!

Such an effective and helpful team can not fault any part of them. Fiona was fantastic and put me at ease. They reply so quickly and no question goes unanswered they will help with everything fantastic support.

Professional, understanding and caring assessor. I am very happy with the way I was listened to and Supported with my needs. I am at ease now, knowing the assessor thought of all the things that would help me complete my degree and asked questions to ensure I was fully aware and understood the process. I Would recommend students to contact the team for support. I am feeling confident now I will manage to complete my degree with the correct support in place.
