I required a D4 form filling in and sending off for an upgrade to my driving license Drive2Medicals were local available at the weekend so much more conveinient than a Doctors surgery website was really easy to book an appointment I knew that with them also carrying out the eye test once seen just had to send my D2 & D4 form off to DVLA and everything would be in order so really pleased with service I received hence the 5 star rating.
