Williamson Park Car Park
There are 2 car parks one at the bottom of the hill the other at the top £1.20 for an hour or £3.50 per day. Lots more spaces at the top car park.

It's a pay and display which can be misleading, as some of the signs are hidden behind the over grown trees. Also the car park really needs lines adding to help the number of people who cannot park, some of the parking was terrible and parked in such a way other drivers would be blocked.

Fantastic local resource in Lancaster from wide open grassy spaces, woodland walks, lake with ducks and quarry with it's waterfall. Not to mention the Ashton memorial with it's 97 steps and tours to the top with fab views over Morecambe Bay, the temple, butterfly House & two children's playgrounds. Whatever your age you can spend hours here.

What can I say, beautiful park for a walk, little bit Hilly for people with walking difficulties, views over Lancaster and morecambe Bay are amazing, you can see many people just sitting and letting the surroundings sooth their mind, off track nature walks are excellent for the little ones, butterfly House to visit, summer festivals for the more music oriented people and also theatre show season, one of Lancaster gems

Not very big, there are toilets in the car park but they were locked. Not too expensive to park. Be aware especially at popular times warning of thefts

Useful car park in the grounds of Williamson Park, has recently had two electric car charging points installed. Pay and Display including evening and Sunday. Convenient for the park although there is free parking on the road outside and within a few minutes walk.

Okay car park £2 all day, we don't come often enough for that to be a problem.Toilets were open and fairly clean. One of the cubicles even had a working lock!

It's a car park with ample spces but get there early(ish) during holiday times as it does fill up quickly.
