I had no experience of arranging a funeral, but Chris and the team handled the whole matter with utmost kindness and understanding. The whole process was made very smooth with little fuss, which was appreciated at a difficult time, and they ensured the day of the funeral was respectful and dignified.They were always immediately available for advice or suggestions - as an example, they located and hired a Scots piper for the service, and I struggle to think of how they could have been more helpfulI cannot thank them enough, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone who finds themselves in such unfortunate circumstances. Once again, thanks to all at Attree and Kent.

Tracy, Lisa and Chris were absolutely fantastic throughout my whole experience.I lost my partner David and I chose them because they were close to his home.I’m very glad I did.I always felt comfortable. They communicated everything very well and were compassionate and considerate to my needs. They are extremely professional whilst being very caring. The funeral itself was perfect. At short notice I contacted Attree and Kent to organise my Mother's funeral having been let down by by the Undertaker we were using.Within an hour of the call the crematorium was booked, the hearse ordered and a meeting arranged for the next day to discuss the funeral.At the meeting my sister and I were guided in a calm, professional manner by Chris through what was needed to make the funeral a success (which it turned out to be).The inevitable problems with paperwork from my Mother's doctor's surgery were dealt with by Lisa so although we were worrying we really didn't need to.All in all I can't praise the service we received enough. At a difficult time we felt that throughout the arrangements were being handled correctly and professionally.

We can’t thank Chris, Lisa and Tracy enough for all their support and kindness. Arranging Dad’s funeral felt like a daunting task, but they guided us through the process with care, professionalism and expertise. They were so kind, thoughtful and empathetic throughout the planning stages and on the day itself. The funeral was absolutely perfect - they listened to our needs and exceeded all of our expectations. We’re so grateful we picked Attree & Kent - they are an absolutely amazing team and we’ll always be grateful to them for their help navigating through this difficult time. The services provided by Chris, Tracy and the team were outstanding. There was so much to think of and each point was handled so thoughtfully and professionally. I had so many questions but did not feel rushed and arranging a splendid send off for my dear Dad was done in such a way that it catered for our Hindu rituals and beliefs. The music, the flowers, the cars and the staff were so respectfully done that I felt the whole experience was outstanding. The lady driver who drove us to the funeral was so lovely and respectful. Chris, who worked hard with Tracy, became ill the night before the funeral, quickly organised an alternative plan and replacement for him who was also so brilliant in how he handled the whole funeral with so much professionalism. I hoped that no issues would occur on the day and thankfully due to Chris Arnold's amazing hard work each stage from when the body was picked up from his home to the time of the cremation, everything was perfect. Wanted to leave a 5 star review here for Chris, Lisa and Tracy for their recent handling of our mother's services. Superb empathetic, formal, informal and respectful service. Everything was handled by A&K so that we only had to have a couple of meetings and a small handful of emails. My sister and I will always be grateful.

I can not praise the service we received from Tracy at Attree and Kent highly enough, I was tempted to go for the cheaper option and arrange as much as possible myself, I am so glad that I decided against it, there is actually quite a lot involved in making sure everything runs smoothly! Tracy and the friendly team listened carefully and the funeral was stress-free and beautiful.

From the very first contact we were treated with respect, professionalism and care. Chris and his team took us through the whole process, gave valuable advice, and were there for our family at every step of the way. Lisa and Tracey were so patient with my many questions and emails. Chris, Tracy, Lisa and Sean at Attree & Kent are an exceptionally empathetic and professional team. I was anxious that everything would be as perfect as it could be for my Mother's funeral and they certainly ensured that was achieved. Chris, Tracy and Lisa enabled us to have exactly the dignified funeral both we and our mother wanted. Everything was explained clearly, with our preferences documented promptly after our initial meeting with Lisa, and as the detail of the funeral developed. Attree and Kent are 100% professional - and lovely people to deal with. I was particularly touched by Chris's response to our late request that the service be broadcast live - to ensure it happened he walked round to the church to speak to someone to ensure this would happen (I called him as he was on his way).
