For anyone who is just interested in cocktails or inexperienced beginner who tries to get into the industry but keep getting rejected, I 100% recommend this course. Manny is such a patient, fun, engaging and experienced teacher! The classes follows theory + practice structure. I definitely love this methodology ( imagine when you go to the bar and you start to talk smart ) I’ve become more confident behind the bar but definitely need to put more effort in remembering the cocktail ingredients _(:зゝ∠)_Bonus part of this course: you got to taste so many stunning cocktails!!

Very comprehensive mixology and bartending course. Good mix of theory and practical - half the day is classroom learning about spirits, liquors, mixers etc, how to balance flavours and cocktail styles / families, plus some bar management, and afternoon is practice - cocktail making techniques, learning 26 cocktails overall and varieties.Teacher Emanuele is energetic and engaging and will keep you improving!

I throughly enjoyed this course from start to finish. I found the theory aspect, very interesting and the practical elements of the course even better! It is a well structured in depth course. I honestly feel that this course has given me the knowledge and confidence to build up my mobile bar business.This course not only has improved my knowledge and understanding of mixology and bartending techniques but given me back the confidence and belief in myself, I have been lacking. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you for that Manny.It was also a really nice chance to meet people from all walks of life, but who share the same passion and drive to better their knowledge.Manny, kept the course interesting and engaging throughout and for someone who has ADHD, most learning environments can prove difficult! Excellent course, including theory as well as practical cocktail making.Emanuele is a superb, enthusiastic and highly experienced educator! Tasting 30+ cocktails made by an expert tutor, and comparing varieties of base spirits to see their effects on a finished drink, has really enhanced my overall skills.Small numbers of participants (9) allows focused advice, and a packed, intensive programme means you get far more out of this course than you might with longer and more crowded alternatives. Highly recommend for anyone working in the bar/cocktail industry as well as those who just enjoy making and drinking cocktails at home!

Emunele is a fun instructor yet hold very high standard to his teaching, not only you will finish the course good product knowledge but also hands on professional cocktails bar training.You can see that he want his student to received the best training from the bottom of his heart. The International Mixology Course is great for beginners or if you’re looking to build your knowledge and confidence in cocktails. I learnt so much more than i expected I could in 5 days with Emanuele and really enjoyed it. Very well structured course, really interesting and learning from the best!
