Placed an order for first class by Royal Mail. £5) got an email two days later to say order is now complete. Contacted customer service to ask where abouts my delivery is, for Dorothy at customer service to state Royal mail are on strike. This isn’t true. Disappointed how she handled the phone call. And obviously lied about the royal mail. People don’t pay £5 for first class for it to come days later with no confirmation when delivery is happening. Also the one Scent I was most looking forward to, I also received an email from Dot to say it’s not in stock and gave me a random scent, no options to choose my own. Will not be ordering again and I haven’t even received my order yet.

Bought two electric burners today and there amazing I'm still using the massive bag of gorgeous melts I recieved from dot and they make my full house smell lush definitely recommend wax melts me by far the best! Fast, Reliable & Friendly Service❤️
