We highly recommend Smart Heating Expert. 'Honest, reliable and professional' appears on the website and is an absolute fact. Shaun came to fix a boiler and solve a hot water tank problem in our newly purchased property. He was punctual and investigated both problems, arranged a date to come and fix the boiler and solve the hot water. We arranged the date, but then decided to just have a replacement combi boiler instead. Shaun gave us an estimate and we decided to go ahead. Once again he was on time and got on with the job (which turned up some very unexpected hitches which he just sorted out with no fuss or nonsense). He was a pleasure to have in the house, as well as his friend who came near the end of the day to help with the removal of the old hot water tank and fix a couple of leaks. We will say again that we highly recommend Shaun at Smart Heating Expert. Absolutely deserving 5 stars.
