Lovely area to walk & picnic near the River Thames footpath. Also, close to Reading Bridge and the centre.

Lovely walk along the river. Big field to play football in and a small park although that could do with some updating.

Beautifully maintained Park.Lovely place to walk the dogs or have a picknick. There is a love play area for the kids.The carpark is a bit limited.

Lovely huge park and fields. Next to the river. Perfect for families or dog walkers. I personally rollerskate here in the evening when its quiet :)No toilet but a huge play park and paddling pool for kids too

Lovely walk or jog by the river, with a furry friend or to have a picnic. Also has a nice children's play area. Nice scenic route to walk to Tesco. Downside is there are no amenities e.g. toilets places to eat and drink. (Unless you go to Tesco and back)

King's meadow is situated next to a river, canal and lock. There is a lido, a children's play area and numerous mini football pitches.
