Brilliant company very helpful Andy the sales manager is the man to speak to he sorted me right out very understanding when it comes to a malfunctioning gun had a new gun sent to me within the week and did and amazing deal on paintballs and hulk orders

Awful service, I ordered a speed loaded and some BB's on the 5th May, but no updates on delivery up to 24th, I call and to get through was awful, seemed like they kept putting the phone down. After getting through to someone they say they sent 1st class which was a lie due to you always get a shipping confirmation to state the item is shipped even if its 1st class which is a website generated email for shipped orders. they said they'll make sure its delivered Thursday or Friday, Friday midday the email comes through stating it's shipped. Awful customer service and company, do not use!

Quick processing and amazing customer service! After making an error in my original order I reached out to the company via email, received a prompt response, and was able to rectify the issue prior to shipping. This company went above and beyond to help me and make sure I got the parts I needed in time for the weekend.Could not recommend this company enough and I will certainly be purchasing from them again in the future!

Andy, Liam and the rest of the just paintball team always deliver a 10/10 service going above and beyond to make sure the product which you’re after is with you asap. Ordered a Jt limited edition $100 edition flex paid and next day it was with me what more could u ask for. Been using them for a fair few years now and as mentioned they always deliver, best in the business many thanks to you all.

Amazing service, Andy was absolutely great. Initially had an issue with my order as product wasn't available. I emailed and was sorted quickly. I received a new alternative mask as agreed by email a long with a couple of extras I wasn't expecting. Really great customer service and great products 10/10.
