Of the three quotes we received, Solihull Carpets was the most competitive.The estimator was superb and the two professional fitters - Blake and Richard - were courteous, clean and exacting in their delivery.Emma at the shop was also very helpful.Would recommend this small company to anyone.

I had chosen my carpet at the shop ,staff were helpful and very polite . We agreed a day for it to be fitted Simon came to fit it ,a lovely man and did the job very professionally . I would recommend them to anyone and all very reasonable priced to . Thank you .

On Wednesday had through lounge, stairs & landing carpets fitted.Solihull Carpets have a huge choice of carpets & flooring.Their staff are so very helpful in helping you make the right choice.The fitters were brilliant & so tidy.Had Steve cut down 2 doors as carpets were so lovely & thick ! So pleased with my new carpets.Nice to deal with a careing family business, would use them again & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Good choice of carpets and flooring. Very helpful and informative In the store. They were flexible when I needed to change the fitting day. The team that fitted my carpet were professional, courteous and gave good advice on care and maintenance. I’ll use Solihull Carpets again. Would be happy to recommend.

Solihull Carpets not only have a great selection of carpets but the people behind the service are great too. Once I selected the carpets, it was all plain sailing, booked their installers, and they arrived and completed the job as expected. In-Store staff are great (polite, patient, knowledgeable, accommodating) and installers are equally great (polite, respectable, precise, skilled and efficient). I would recommend Solihull Carpets to anyone.

This was the second time we have used Solihull Carpets and they were as good this time as the first.Emma in the Shirley store was so informative on the selection of our carpet and kept us informed throughout.Richard and the fitters took up and disposed of our old carpets and completely re carpeted our property in just a day.Cannot recommend them enough.

Solihull Carpets have just fitted my lounge carpet; they provided a great service and I'm very happy with the end result. They also stretched and trimmed my bedroom carpet at no charge. I would definitely recommend them and I'll be using them again

Amazing local business. Got us a quality carpet in a matter of days when all other shops were not interested before Christmas. Verity offered excellent advice and stayed late to get the order in. Good fitters and on time. Not the cheapest around, but you get what you pay for, and happy to support this local business. Will use again in the future.
