Contacted Safe & Sound Vehicle Systems Leeds for some advise on security solutions for my new car and spoke to Mark who was very knowledgable, helpful and accommodating. Mark was able to meet my requirements for a Tracker and an Immobiliser system at short-notice and arranged for Paul to carry out the installation which was done in a clean and timely manner before I picked up my vehicle from the dealership. In my dealings with both Paul and Mark I have found them to be very professional, pleasant and really easy to deal with from initial contact through to after installation service. I would highly recommend these guys and won't be going anyway else for my future car security.

Had a Ghost immobiliser 2 fitted to my Bmw 2 series M sport a friendly guy came out and installed it for me, Treated my car like it was his own while working on it and was really helpful and had time for any questions. Really happy and have total peace of mind when parking my car up places now. 100% Recommend to anybody!!

I contacted Mark a number of weeks back to arrange fitting my new BMW with some additional security. From the initial communication with Mark I knew he was an absolute professional and knew precisely what he was talking about. He arrived at my property at the time he told me he would (7:30am) and once installed took me through and explained all the features of the system, ensuring I knew everything I needed to know, noting was too much trouble. Worth noting, I used someone else a couple of years back who were local to me, they were not as detailed and when they'd finished the works they rushed me through the features - There was a very clear difference in the quality of work and experience, don't just pick someone of the Internet, drop a note to Mark, you wont be disappointed, I highly recommend, Thanks again Mark, top marks from me.

I had to have my scorpion product re-fitted from my old vehicle after an accident. I booked my appointment with Mark who turned up at exactly the time I was given and it was fitted it with no hassle. Had my ghost immobiliser fitted today on my new Astra by Paul , arrived 1/2 earlier than the agreed appointment which was a bonus ,very polite and professional , talked me through the activation & deactivation of the immobiliser in detail . Very pleased with the service I received today

Mark has been superb. Mark installed a ghost and tracker in my car which then had to be removed and re-installed to a different car all within a two month period. Mark was very professional and even helped me out when Audi UK had to buy my car back off me, assisting me in getting them to cover my expenses. Great customer journey.
