Went for the afternoon tea today. Well what a treat. Absolutely beautiful. Quirky classy tearoom . Lovely food, served by really friendly, welcoming staff. Joel served us and is an absolute star and cutie. Will definitely be back. More than we could eat, top quality and even got a box to take what we couldn't finish to take home. Hubby was chuffed I brought some home. Well done Spoons, you made our day. Xx

Yesterday we got married and Spoons catered the wedding. Wow, just wow. They worked their socks off and provided us with the most amazing spread of afternoon tea delights. A massive thankyou to the team - special mention to Dan, Kelly and Izzy who went above and beyond to make our day special. We love you guys.

Ordered an afternoon tea for my partners birthday. The service was excellent. Kelly and Dan were super helpful and delivered the afternoon tea to the door for an extra special surprise. I had to change the day last minute due to work commitments and they were very accommodating. They personalised my sons so it was more child friendly. The portions were huge and the sandwiches and scones were generously filled! A very high end afternoon tea for a great price. Thank you xxx

My main visit to the Cafe was I went to look around the Antique The Mill next door, brought something from the Mill so decided to pop in to the cafe for a tea and scone while the Mill packed my item I just brought. The cafe was packed so went upstairs there was a young lady upstairs very polite cleaning tables, waited upstairs a little while thinking I was going to be served but no one came so went back downstairs. Asked staff said no you order here then go upstairs which they had a notice so my mistake, so made my order and there was a few tables free downstairs now so sat downstairs, staff was friendly and very happy place everybody seemed to be enjoying the food and service.Brought my cup of tea out and then my scone plenty of butter and jam, first time I have ever been served a scone where I have not had to ask for more butter or jam, the scone was nice and warm so butter would spread easily so yes really enjoyed the service and food and staff was polite and happy throughout and all customers seemed satisfied, so yes if your about a nice little cafe to visit and very friendly place, certainly would recommend

Just had a wonderful afternoon at Spoons Tearooms for my daughter's baby shower. Private function room in traditional tearoom style, set out for our needs. Staff very obliging and attentive. Delicious afternoon tea served on tiered plates. Large variety of savoury and sweet homebaked treats. Good selection of vegetarian and vegan options much appreciated. Thank you so much to Kelly and her team for all your hard work it is very much appreciated.Would highly recommend.

A cute and cosy little tearoom which serve a selection of hot and cold drinks inc. milkshakes. A good selection of cakes and amazing hot scones with the option of being served with butter, jam and fresh cream. There is also a small selection of paninis, toasties, hot sandwiches and light bites. They offer customers the choice to eat in the friendly and comfortable tearoom or to take away their food and drink.The only downside is that the prices are fairly steep.
