A company can be judged on the quality of it's staff and in this case they were 6 star staff" !!2nd DecLeo came out to look at a faulty tilt oven door. Excellent service from start to finish. Clearly knew his subject and identified a faulty mechanism which would mean a high cost to repair. Fully explained the costs of repair vs the cost of a replacement oven which allowed us to make a fully informed decision.12th DecOur new ovens were supplied

The staff at Herne Bay Domestics went above and beyond the service expected. They visited my elderly Aunt on three separate occasions to ensure that she was happy with her new TV and its operation. The latest visit was carried out by Rob after working hours just to help her with using the remote control. I was always kept updated and offered solutions every step of the way. I purchased a cooker from Herne Bay Domestics recently after being let down by another supplier, I regretted not going there first. The service in store was warm, friendly and nothing was too much trouble, even down to the owner staying in the warehouse to meet me on a Saturday afternoon so I could collect. I ordered a hand blender online from HBD. An excellent website, very easy to navigate and efficient. It suited me to collect it from the HB store but it would have been delivered free if requested. We contacted Herne Bay Domestics to discuss supplying an integrated fridge to replace one that had failed at a rental property on the day new tenants moved in. They could not have been more helpful. A suitable appliance was identified at a very reasonable price, to include fitting and removal of the existing. It was fitted 2 days later to the delight of the tenants who also commented how pleasant the installers were.We will certainly be using them again and can only thank them for such superb and very pleasant service - sadly all too rare now.

I Ordered a fridge freezer online, very straight forward to order & pay for. I received a text message the day before delivery was due, giving me a 3 hour delivery window, very good to know when to expect delivery. The delivery was very straight forward & quick, they removed the old unit & took it away, installed the new unit, removed all the packaging & took that away. Superb service & a great price, What's not to like? Thank you I will be using you again.
