I called Mark in the morning as my Dog had been ill and there was a bad stain and we could not get the Carpet clean.He came around the same day and managed very quickly to remove the stain. He was very professional and I would really recommend him.

Would definitely recommend. Mark did a great job on our two sofas and chair that had been made very grubby by our darling schnauzer!! They have all come up looking almost like new and all for a very reasonable price. The sofas did take 2 days to properly dry out before one could use them, but as long as you plan for that, that is not an issue. If your chair/sofa needs a bit of TLC, All Marks Off is the one to call!
