Do not use this company! Wanted a credit check for a tenant application and not only did they send an email to the tenant saying it was from me and offering him tenant liability insurance, which made him think he had been successful in his application when he hadn't but also the credit report I paid for gave no extra information from what I had already gleaned from the internet. Waste of money, time and now an angry applicant.

Problem with these online agencies is there is no one to speak too, no one replied to my enquiry, no one to follow up with, waste of my time….. Will avoid Mudhut in the future!!!

Lost stars as have to be very precise on address without warning ie 11 versus 11a meaning I had to repeat my order

You sold me one credit check. It is precisely what it is. I paid, it arrived. Why do you keep asking for a review? You appear to run a typically efficient back-end. There was no apparent human intervention (except when I requested a VAT invoice which involved logging in and searching) and the system could easily have sent me a VAT invoice in one of the five stock emails *before* I raised a query. I mean… I'm satisfied but… I'm satisfied when the cashpoint gives me money. And IT doesn't keep asking for a review. Carry on.

Great tools to enable landlords to easily find all the documents and forms they need to rent a property, in one place. Really useful and secure way for tenants and landlords to manage a property between them, from advertising to lease agreement - a very good one-stop-shop.The email forwarding messaging system works great, my only tweak would be a delete button to clear your inbox a bit!
