Her customer service was exceptional and she prepared a bespoke bouquet to my brief and hand delivered the beautiful fresh flowers to my friend for her 60th. When finding my friend wasn't at home on her first delivery attempt, she left her number and returned later in the day to ensure the flowers were delivered same day. In these difficult times, it's important to shop local. Jaqui made sure that the flowers were delivered in paper wrapping and tied with a natural raffia style ribbon - avoiding plastic and making this gift much more sustainable than using a national flower delivery service. My friend didn't have a big enough vase for all the flowers, so made up two vases to enjoy around her home. Thank you Jaqui and Eden Flowers.
