My partner bought me a popcorn maker from them for my birthday and I am very disappointed with it. It’s very noisy, the last kernels in the popping chamber end up being thrown around on the floor and the popcorn is really bland. Because it’s an air popping machine, you cannot use a drop of oil as in the old fashioned way therefore the popcorn comes out really dry. You can’t even sprinkle salt on them because they’re that dry, salt won’t stick, and you need to end up buying their sweet flavour kits. Which I am not going to bother, cause I’m diabetic. Typical marketing strategy to make sure you cannot use the popcorn maker, outside of their product range. Disappointing!

Be sure to check your vegan popcorn. I received a non vegan packet in my vegan popcorn advent. Not great if you are ordering due to milk allergy. Joe and Seph were quick to respond to my email advising of the mistake and insultingly offered a £4 gift voucher - basically free deliveryUPDATE: the situation has been satisfactorily resolved. Bought Eaton Mess Gourmet Pop Corn from Selfridges. Found it too sweet and pop corn was too soft. Very disappointing ! Bought that dark chocolates pop corn bites too. Hope that’s better !

Offer with o2 Priority, free bag of popcorn. At a £2 price tag this must be a great tasting popcorn. Dissapointed, nothing extraordinary and for £2 if Ihad paidforit.I wouldn't pay this as there was no differenc with this, Jo & Steph's to Butterkist.I'm happy I didn't have to pay for the salty and sweet popcorn as I threw the bag away.

Tried to pick up a free bag of popcorn with 02 priority. The team at Asda couldn't scan the code as it was a moving code. Complained to 02 and eventually got the free bag. Also got a £4 voucher from Joe and Seph's website for the inconvenience. Didn't make much sense as P&P was around £4. Complained again. To their credit, they sent me two bags of popcorn for free. A bit of a hassle but can't complain much when I've got three tasty flavours of gourmet popcorn. Most of the issues stemmed from 02. Looks delicious and can't wait to taste them!

Bought the advent calendar from Selfridge's for the Mrs and literally every single pack is stale and soft as if it's out of date. Awful waste of money, sugary & stale and can't even get crunchy popcorn right. Stick to butterkist. UPDATE - changed rating as we received a gift box to make up for the stale advent calendar and the popcorn tastes great

Picked up a free packet from supermarket on behalf of O2 priority. Caramel and salt popcorn was more caramel than anything. Tastes like the popcorn in American cinemas. Didn't even reach half way before leaving the rest. Joe needs to eat his hats! Did not love this popcorn. Next time I'm sticking to Propercorn salted flavour.
