Matthew has been servicing my boiler for 8 years. He is always polite, turns up on time, I can not find fault with anything, polite, knowledable, very good communication, and a skilled gas engineering. I highly recommend Matthew.

Matthew recently came out to give me a quote for a new boiler and heating control system.He was quick to set up a mutually agreeable time and also prompt, turning up on time as agreed.He was courteous and clean during his time here sizing up the job and preparing the quote.Two detailed quotes were supplied on time as promised.Unfortunately a change in my personal circumstances mean I can't go ahead with the quite currently, however Matthew will definitely get the job when I'm able to go ahead.

I first met Mathew when he serviced the boiler that was in the house when I bought it. He provided sound advice on how to keep it running for a few more months without hard sell to buy a new one. When we did buy our new boiler, we asked Mathew to install it for us. First class job and 9 years later he's still my go to engineer for services and advice. If ever I have needed his advice he's always been very happy to either talk on the phone or via messages.Also when my dad's boiler broke down a couple of winters ago and wasn't worth the repair, Mathew rearranged his working week to make sure my dad got a new boiler installed. That wasn't an easy job as the property was old and tricky but Mathew managed it really well. I would not hesitate to recommend him as he is very knowledgeable, friendly and reliable.
