2 months ago I gave them my laptop to repair, I didn't know what was wrong. They said they had diagnosed it and found nothing wrong, but the power adapter is not working. They sold a new power adapter. I noticed that the touchpad of the laptop does not work properly. When I brought the computer, they said it was like this. I picked up the computer and left without much talking. Then I took my laptop to have the touchpad fixed by another mechanic. They told me that the adapter I bought was wrong and would be fixed if I used the proper adapter. And they said it's a well-known problem. I replaced it with the appropriate one. I wanted to give the old adapter back to this company, but they blamed me and said they wouldn't give me the money they were taking. They're basically unprofessional at what they do and they're very rude.

The last couple of days I had to rely on Mr Meet professionalism to solve multiple issues with my phones, watches, batteries, Apple ID advice etc. Every single day I turned up with a different item to be fixed. I found the best ever problem solving person.

This guy is a fraudster. Avoid him and use other decent shops in Staines. I went in there thinking that its a new shop and it would have a good customer services. Guy tried to fix a screen protector and bubbles started coming up so whlist in the shop, he started saying, do not worry, bubbles will go with the time and usage, instead of replacing the screen protector and then I realised the screen guard is damaged from edge so he started blaming samsung phone screen instead of his poor workmenship, whlist I was in the shop, all the time. All in all, I did not wanted to argue with someone who is in denial mode so I ended up paying him and walked out with a brand new damaged screen protector and he continued blaming Samsung for producing wonky screen. I have never seen a SCAPEGOATER like him in my life. Fyi... Pictures
