I would 100% recommend keeping this family run taxi/airport service in your phone. In Portsmouth there is perhaps 1 or 2 companies running taxi runs and they are not personal at all, and generally have an automated robot who sends a taxi to one address which is your home address. Willow taxi was the opposite. The owner was really personable and professional, he told me exactly how long he would take to arrive after making the call and arrived perfectly on time. He was really friendly and helpful too.
