I had several quotes given by different roofing company's. It wasnt until Teddington and Richmond Roofing arrived that I felt comfortable with both the quote and customer service. It was a Detailed quote (all the others just gave me a price), and good discussion. Joseph and his team completed the laying of a new flat roof, and repair of tiles. They worked hard and diligently, and the result is a new roof, delivered on budget and on time. I feel like they are people you can trust to deliver a fair quote, and work of the right quality, which is the most important thing in the roofing game. They are also nice people which makes the whole experience great.

Joseph and the team provided a fast and efficient service. The problem with our roof was diagnosed quickly (Joseph being the only roofer to actually climb onto the roof to view the damage), a price agreed and the work carried out when promised and to a high standard. Everything was made clear and transparent. Great service - we will use again.

Joseph and the team at Teddington & Richmond Roofing did a great job on our replacement roof for a grade II* listed property. They delivered excellent workmanship throughout, adapting to the job as it evolved, and clearly took pride in the end product. They replaced the whole roof covering including all the tiles and lead, flat roof, repaired pointing and chimneys, insulation. We are very happy to recommend him and his team.

Joseph and the team did an excellent job in June replacing our old felt roof with GRP. His quote was clear, his team worked hard through the heat wave and the job was completed on time. He's also just been round to fix some damage to another part of the building following the storm - very responsive and helpful. Would recommend.

We had a rear pitched roof replaced and some repairs to a previous - poorly detailed - loft conversation. Joesph was extremely responsive and helpful throughout, which makes the whole process far less stressful. We got photo updates as the works were progressing whilst we were busy at work ourselves. We had a number of quotes and TARR offered the best value for money. Would happily use again and recommend to others.

We have used the team twice over the last two years, firstly for a cracked tile which was causing a leak and then for the insulation of our roof.
