Hey!Chili Nottingham

I went for the fried chicken with sweet chilli sauce, takoyaki and the signature white tori paitan ramen. Been looking for the white broth ramen (paitan) for so long, you do not see this around often! It’s authentic with a rich broth, taste delicious! Chicken is crispy! And the takoyaki is one of the best I have had! Friendly and attentive staff, Will definitely come again!

I am very excited to find a place in the UK where I can enjoy ramen that is similar to what I would have in Japan. It is quite difficult to find authentic Japanese ramen in Nottingham, but this particular restaurant has a rich and flavorful broth, perfectly chewy noodles, and exceptional meat toppings.I must also mention the TAPAS we ordered, Crispy Pork Chitterlings. They were incredibly delicious, with the chitterlings fried to a crisp and served with a tangy-sweet sauce that paired perfectly and was incredibly tasty. We couldn't resist using the sauce on the salad underneath as well.The young and energetic staff members were enthusiastic in their service, which made the entire meal a delightful experience. Please continue your efforts and maintain this high level of quality. I will continue to support you and will also recommend this place to my friends for dining.

We're visiting Nottingham for the day and our friends who live there recommended this lovely restaurant to us. My husband and I both ordered the paitan tonkotsu ramen. The broth was thick and delicious, the char siu pork was amazing - very juicy and perfectly seared. I also love the texture of the ramen noodles - they are just right instead of being too soft and soggy. The waitresses who served us were very friendly and didn't mind explaining the different ramen on the menu to us.All in all, a fantastic hidden gem to visit if you're craving a hearty bowl of ramen in Nottingham!(Being from Hong Kong, seeing traditional Chinese on the menu is an extra plus!)

We went to try out this new ramen shop in Nottingham as it has been recommended by a friend of ours.White tori paitan ramen: the broth was rich and delicious. Accompanied by a generous 4 slices of chicken breast, which was not dry at all and slightly torched, adding depth to the flavour with I adored. The pork that we added as a side also had the same torched effect and the meat was so tender. The only thing I would point out is that I personally would love to have a little bit more soup, for the ramen to soup ratio. But honestly speaking, for ramen standards in the uk, this bowl of noodles is one of the top that I’ve tried in the country. 10/10 would recommend

I'm so glad this place opened in Nottingham! I had the takoyaki to start, really flavourful with good chunks of octopus. The star of the show was the signature white tori pantan ramen. The broth was incredibly rich and viscous with lots of umami flavour. The chicken was tender and the noodles had a great chewy texture. Can't wait to go back to try the tonkotsu ramen.

I was recommended to Hey Chilli by a friend and I have to say I was impressed. I was guided to the Garlic Paitan Tonkatsu Ramen, and the flavours were delightful. The pork was melt in your mouth, smoky and delicious. The egg was amazing, and the broth deep and tasty AF. There is no dessert menu, but I had seen someone else shout about the crème brûlée ice cream in a review. IF YOU PUT THIS ON YOUR MENU, IT WILL FLY OUT! The lovely and extremely helpful waitress was a delight, and I can’t wait to return to try many of the other dishes listed. Great value, proper Ramen made properly. Well done, you deserve success. Walk-in for two. Try this lovely venue.I had the Chicken burger with Japanese sauce and side portion of chips and drink. £15. Well worth it and a nice experience.Service was good and the atmosphere was lively with many regulars give it a good buz.Kitchen is close to seating capacity, toilets available.Highly recommend away from the typical chains.
