I undertook a PADI ReActivate session here with Paul, having not dived since I first qualified over seventeen years ago.The session was informative, relaxed, and a fantastic reintroduction to diving. Paul was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful in getting me back up to speed.I would have no hesitation in recommending Christal Seas, or in using their services again for any future diving needs.

Great dive shop! Lots of stock, really friendly and helpful staff. If they don't have what you're looking for they'll be sure to help you find it. Also have their own pool making it a great place to test out new gear and practice basic skills. They also offer training and lots of dive trips. Not taken part in any of these yet but hoping to soon. Well recommended!

Nice friendly staff £25 private hire pool per hour. Went with daughter grandson and other half. Very enjoyable time swimming will go again

Our son has leaned towards dive here, the staff are friendly, extremely happy and helpful.The facilities are excellent, with the on-site pool everything you need for initial training is to hand.Highly recommend this shop.

Always excellent service here from filling my air bottle, to supplying my airgun bits.Just bought a new air gun and very pleased with the service and advice. These guys do not push you into buying expensive kit you don't need. I highly recommend giving them a look.

Polly and her team are fantastic, as a dad to a 11/12 year old girl you have to put a lot of trust in what is basically stranger to look after your loved one. But I have to say there is no one I would rather my daughter learn with. I was very nervous about the situation. Polly was amazing not only with my daughte but the parents to. I would recommend her services to anyone. Young or old Christal seas Norwich is amazing.Thank you guys.
