Vegan Tunisian all day breakfast 10/10We stumbled upon a fantastic Tunisian cafe/restaurant behind Waterloo station. They said they could get us in and out within 45 minutes so we could get to the event we had tickets for. Their hospitality and kindness was second to none. The all day breakfast was such a treat! I love the pretty Hamsa handmade plate for protection and for picky people who don't like their food to touch! It was half savory and half sweet and it was served with a bowl of chickpea foul. I forgot to take photo of the flatbread because I was desperate to dig into the food.On the savoury side olives, salad, finely chopped carrot was fresh and delicious. But the savoury foul was next level. Anyone who knows me knows I don't generally eat anything that's very beany but this was so smooth and was absolutely packed with so much flavour but without any chilli which makes me so unbelievably happy that they care enough about taste not to just mask it with chilli!! The photo makes it look a bit red because I had to use flash but it's actually more brown. You have to try this dish, I'll be back for it!The sweet side there was a crumbled kind of halva, some jam and some dates to finish with. The veggie version had honey.Seriously, you must try this place! Just fyi it says veggie vegan outside but that refers to the juice bar part, the Tunisian street cafe is vegan friendly but not fully vegan.

Fantastic spot for Tunisian sandwiches in the area! We ordered two kafteji sandwiches (which I believe are vegan), two portions of Brika (tunisian style spring rolls), and a side of homemade fries. The sandwiches were extremely flavoursome and filling for a midday meal that kept us going for the rest of the day. The brika was so delicious! I also bought a Mergez (tunisian sausages) sandwich for dinner which I scoffed up in a minute. Definitely my favourite on the menu!! The smokey flavours of the sausage come right through and balanced with all the right type of veg stuffing the sandwich. The staff were extremely friendly which just adds to the whole experience. I can't wait to be back!
