I love Carla's classes, they are the highlight of my week for mental space and relaxation. In a very short space of time I have noticed a vast improvement in problems that I have suffered from relating to running and bad posture. Carla is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much!

Had a Cooperate Yoga session at Denton lodge and was brilliant. Well structured, relaxing but a little fun. Had a short wellness talk about the benefits of yoga and breathing techniques which was a nice opener into a yoga session
