Remedial & Sports Massage Practice at Monument

Had an ongoing issue with my shoulder, been to physio which helped but I was still unable to lift my arm fully.Yurii was incredible and professional, felt like his fingers where actually inside my muscles, he is a true master of his work. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

Wow! We flew into town for a family wedding and reached out to Sergii by text on a Saturday night @9:30 pm after reading incredible reviews and deciding to test our luck! He responded immediately and booked two massages for my partner and I for the next morning at 9:00 am. Not only did they accommodate us last minute, but they even opened their doors early to squeeze us in before the wedding. That’s better service than the Four Seasons! As far as the two massages we received by Yurii and Alexander, they were two of the best massages we have ever had in our lives. Thank you so much Sergii, Yurii and Alexander for making our trip!!!Update: we came back the next day for round two!

Yurii is amazing. I’ve had two sports massages and coming back for two more. I was a little worried about having a sports massage as I have very tight shoulders but it was the perfect mix between getting out the knots and also it not being too painful!

By far the best massage I ever had in London (lived in London for 10+ years). Coming from someone who had massages on six continents and is extremelly picky and demanding is a high praise indeed. Sergii has incredible intuition for the body (extremelly rare) and deep knowledge of various techniques. In massage world this is as good as it gets!

For a long time I had quite persistent pain in the spine, which interfered with my everyday life, even in the simplest activities. Already after the first session I felt like a newborn, subsequent sessions I attended maintained my good condition. Sergi is nice and very professional, he listens to what you have to say and explains everything, he tries very hard to help with every problem. This is by far the best place I've been 100% satisfaction. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I’d highly recommend! I was able to find a suitable appointment the same day, the Light Centre was a calm, clean and relaxing setting and Sergii was excellent. He asked me what I needed and did exactly that. I booked my next session immediately as the whole experience was five star. My shoulder tension has eased, but I’ll now be a regular customer to maintain a healthy mind/body balance.
