Rod and Danni were absolutely fantastic, we bought our wedding rings from them a few months ago. Rod created a number of silver mock ups - one of which I could take home to see how it felt before making it into the final platinum version. It fits perfectly with my engagement ring and I couldn’t be happier with it. We’re so pleased with our rings and that they were made for us makes them so much more special, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Smith and Ralier as a trusted and great value jeweller with fantastic knowledge, experience and customer service.

I lost my mum this year and wanted a ring made using her jewellery. Danni was incredibly helpful and helped me decide on a design. Communication from start to finish was excellent. When i collected my ring, i was blown away with the end result. It is so beautiful and fits perfectly. I highly recommend Smith and Ralier and will definitely use again.

Fantastic customer service - they modified the clasp on a silver necklace we'd purchased quite some time ago, the original was quite small and difficult to operate - now it's much easier to get on and off.Would certainly use again for purchases and repairs.
